Gao Xiaoyuan, born in Cangzhou, Hebei Province, graduated from Tianjin University with a doctorate in law.Her main research interests are comparative law and intellectual property law. Her doctoral dissertation was entitled "A Study of Authors' Spiritual Rights from the Perspective of Comparative Law".She has published many papers as the first author and corresponding author in domestic and foreign journals, Including SCI, SSCI journals，and participated in the research of major projects and general projects of the National Social Science Fund.
