CHL held a psychological education training meeting for 2024 freshmen

In order to implement the "TOP TUST" plan and help students of 2024 to adapt to college life and maintain their mental health, CHL held a psychological education training meeting for 2024 undergraduate and graduate freshmen on September 9, 2024. This training meeting was given by Mr.Wang Tao from the psychological counseling Center of TUST.

During the meeting, Mr.Wang Tao started from the self-cognition, through a series of interactive games and psychological tests, to help the freshmen to deeply explore their own advantages and potentials, and face up to their own shortcomings and challenges.In this process, the freshmen learn how to find a self-orientation in the new environment, and lay a solid psychological foundation for the exploration journey of college life. At the same time, there are some situations that may occur in college life. Through professional explanation, analysis and interactive discussion. Wang Tao guided the students to learn some emotional management skills, which helped them to build up their psychological resilience.At the end of the meeting, Mr.Wang Tao suggested that students could participate in more club activities to enrich their college life. When facing pressure and challenges, they could cope with them with a more positive attitude and not let negative emotions become a stumbling block to progress.
