CAI Hui is a member of Tianjin Law Society's Litigation Law Branch, a member of Tianjin Law Society's Constitutional Law Branch, a member of Tianjin Law Society's Sports Law Branch, a member of Tianjin Family Mediation Committee, an arbitrator of Beihai International Arbitration Court, and a well-known lecturer of lawyer training institutions such as Zhiyuan, Legal Celebrity Lecture Hall and Wanfa Tong. She is currently a partner of Tianjin Jifan Law Firm, and serves as a legal consultant for universities and enterprises. She has worked deeply in the prevention and resolution of major civil and commercial disputes, represented and handled many civil and commercial disputes, and has rich theoretical and practical experience in civil dispute handling and risk prevention.

The theme of this lecture is "the jurisdiction system in law, theory and practice", which aims to deeply explore the significance and specific application of the jurisdiction system at different levels. In terms of legal articles, she will interpret in detail the specific provisions on jurisdiction in relevant Chinese laws, including different types of classification standards and scope of application such as hierarchical jurisdiction and territorial jurisdiction. Through the analysis of the law, the audience is clear how to determine the jurisdiction court under the legal framework of various cases, as well as the legislative considerations behind different jurisdiction provisions. From a theoretical perspective, she will deeply analyze the theoretical basis of the jurisdiction system, and explore how the jurisdiction system can realize the reasonable allocation of judicial resources while protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the parties. In practice, she will analyze the difficulties and hot issues of the jurisdiction system in practical operation with specific cases.
