In order to help the senior students of CHL to establish a correct view of employment, CHL held a series of lectures on college students' view of employment at 3:30 p.m. on October 24, 2024 in A212, the Twin building. Mr. Wu Zhenjun, Dean of the CHL, Ms. Gao Xiaoyuan, graduate Counselor of 2024, and all students of 2021 attended the lecture.

At the beginning of the conference, Mr. Wu first expressed his thanks to the students who attended the meeting today. Then, by analyzing the current employment situation, Mr. Wu explained the difficulties and severity of the current job market. Mr. Wu cited the evolution of real estate and the development of automobiles to illustrate the major changes of today's society, and pointed out that changing job market was reshaping the job market today, a trend that young job-hunters needed to notice.

After that, Mr.Wu told the students how to choose the direction of employment in today's era, how to carry out employment planning, and told the students respectively about the success and failure of employment cases, so that the students can gain experience and learn lessons from the wonderful cases. In addition, Mr.Wu also reminded the students to open their eyes and consider more career options.

At the end of the meeting, the students actively put forward their confusion about employment to Mr. Wu,and he gave a detailed explanation of the questions raised by the students.
