CHL Welcomes Thai Autumn Camp

On 17, October, 2024, College of Humanities and Law, Tianjin University of Science and Technology, witnesses the commencement of  2024 “Chinese Bridge”autumn camp, a joint program in collaboration with Center for Language Education and Cooperation, MOE and CIAU. 20 students and one teacher from Thailand attended the event.

Wu Zhenjun, Dean of CHL, extended a warm welcome to the Thai delegates and he briefed the Thai guests with the history of Tianjin City and TUST. He expressed his sincere wish that the Chinese Bridge Autumn Camp can be a bridge of friendship between the Chinese and Thai peoples.

Ms. Natjira Dangchuang, the Thai headteacher, expressed that Assumption University of Thailand valued the cooperation with TUST and she enjoyed learning Chinese language and understanding Chinese culture in Tianjin.

Representatives of the Thai students showed great interest in Chinese language and culture. They were eager to make the best use of the camp to improve their Chinese skills.

In the end, Dean Wu, Vice Dean Wang, Mr. Nan, section director of international exchanges office presented the camp flag to the Thai delegation.
