On October 19, 2024, 14 undergraduate students from the Department of Chinese Language International Education of CHL, Grade 2022 and Grade 2024, went to Beijing Language and Culture University to participate in the 11th "World Chinese Language Teaching" Young Scholars Forum, and listened to the academic reports of young scholars in the field of international Chinese education and the comments of well-known experts in the field. By listening to academic reports and expert comments, the students felt a strong academic research atmosphere and appreciated the style of the experts. After the academic conference, the students visited the campus and had a short exchange with the international students of Beijing Language and Culture University, and felt the strong international atmosphere.

The students said that by participating in this academic forum, they realized the value of Chinese linguistics and international Chinese teaching and research, had a further understanding of their major, and broadened their horizons.
