On April 26, 2025, Guo Jingying, Chairperson of the Law Department of the College of Humanities and Law of Tianjin University of Science and Technology, was invited to attend the "Seminar on Undergraduate Education in Intellectual Property in the Digital - intelligent Era" hosted by Tianjin College of Beijing University of Science and Technology, and discussed the new path of intellectual property professional education in the digital - intelligent era with experts from universities, judicial organs, enterprises, and industry associations.

At the meeting, Dr. Guo shared the school - running experience of the College of Humanities and Law of Tianjin University of Science and Technology.
