CHL Holds Session on AI Empowerment

College of Humanities and Law of TUST held an exchange and sharing session on "AI Empowers Teaching Reform: Moving Towards a New Paradigm of Smart Education" in Room 205 of Building 2 on October 9, 2025. The session specially invited Dr. Zhao Yingying from the Law School of Tianjin University of Commerce, Dr. Wang Yajing, Director of the College Chinese Teaching and Research Office, and Dr. Yu Binglun and Dr. Liu Bing, Deputy Directors of the Chinese International Education Department. They shared valuable experience and cutting-edge thoughts based on their respective practical explorations in AI-integrated teaching and scientific research. The sharing session was hosted by Zhang Haitao, Vice Dean of the CHL, and attended by members of the school’s leadership team and all teachers.

This exchange and sharing session is an important practice of the College of Humanities and Law in deepening teaching and research innovation. Based on this, the school will systematically integrate the results of the session, focus on building an "AI Discipline Application Training Module", create more concrete technical practice scenarios for teachers and students, and promote the implementation of smart education. Through this series of explorations, the school will cultivate compound talents with both profound professional literacy and cutting-edge AI application capabilities, and inject strong "humanities and law momentum" into the high-quality connotative development of the university.
